About Us
Kuta Lombok Surf School, is a surf school, located in Kuta, Lombok. Founded in 2010, with over 20 years of experience with Lombok waves.
We want to share with you, all of our knowledge of the waves and take you on adventures around the beautiful Island.

Beginner Surf Lessons
The price is only IDR 600K per Person
Description
This is our most popular lesson 2 hours . We focus on the fundamentals of surfing: water safety, paddling, catching a wave, popping-up (standing up), and balance. We use surfboards that are great for safety and stability.
The lesson starts with land-based training that includes basic ocean safety (how to spot a rip current), surfboard safety (how to control your board), and surfing (how to surf!) Then we hit the ocean, where the instructor will be in the water with you the entire time, helping you to paddle into waves, adjust your technique and start surfing!

Are you an intermediate level surfer and do you want to improve your surf skills, learn board handling for left and right turns AND explore the different surf spots Lombok has to offer? We’re here to help! Join us on one of our Intermediate Level Surf Trips through the ‘Surfer Paradise’ called Lombok Island.

Our Intermediate Level in Lombok allow our professional instructors to search the perfect wave suitable for your level. This means that you won’t just surf in one spot: we’ll hunt the waves all over Lombok to provide you with a great experience during your stay!
During the Surf Trips, we will surf with you to determine your present level of surf skills. After you’ve surfed a few waves, we will let you know what techniques need to be tweaked to improve your overall surfing.
In our Intermediate Surf Lessons, you will learn more surfing techniques and improve your basic skills acquired from the Beginner Surf Lessons. We’ll give you tips regarding board positioning, wave positioning, take off zone, catching unbroken waves, angled take offs, trimming and, the most important move in next the level to be good surfer, the cutback. Let’s go!

Kids Surf Lessons

Description
Kids surfing lessons from 4 to 12 years
Kids surfing lessons create for kids younger than 12 years who want to experience surfing, we offer a beginner Kids Surf Lesson, with a duration of two hours.

Having fun for under 8 years – Create self-confidence for children
In these classes we opt for one-on-one coaching, since the big surf boards are often difficult to handle for kids and we value their safety. In these private surf lessons for kids, the surf instructor will give your child constant attention, assist them with the surfboard, encourage them and be beside them during the whole duration of the lesson.
Surf lessons for kids will learn:
1. Safety measures,
for example:
How do you fall down from the board safely?
What is the best way to escape waves you don’t want or cannot catch?
How and where do you safely enter and exit the water?
2. Basic board skills, for example:
How to position your body while paddling and how to paddle efficiently?
How to position yourself in the waves so you can catch the waves?
What is the best body positioning while riding the waves?
How to stand up and surf the waves, while being assisted by our professional instructors in the first lesson.
